Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Students/Parents can cancel the class for a full refund prior to 3 days of start of the class.
No refunds will be issued after start of class.
If you register through City or third-party facility, please check their site for cancellation and refund policies. For registrations processed through stimuluscorpeducation.com, We have a NO QUESTION ASKED, NO CANCELLATION FEE REFUND POLICY. Here is our cancellation and refund policy:
- 1. We NEVER charge any cancellation fee.
- 2. You can cancel for full refund prior to 3 days of start of the class. Effective date of cancellation is when the notice of cancellation is sent to the company email "info@stimuluscorpeducation.com"
- 3. If we cancel the session for any reason, we will issue full refund.
- 4. If you cancel after the session starts, refunds will not be issued. Effective date of cancellation is when the notice of cancellation is sent to the company email "info@stimuluscorpeducation.com" .
- 5. Please allow 10 - 14 working days for refunds to be processed.
- 6. Refunds will be issued as the same method used during the payment.
- 7. If we receive a payment failure notice from your bank, refund will be issued through a demand draft ( deducting demand draft charges and shipping charges ) We will send you an e-mail asking you to call us and provide your name and address where you want the demand draft to be sent. After we receive these details, refund will be initiated.
