It’s easy to misunderstand that “Persuasion” is only used by politicians for campaign talks or a sales person to sell products or services. If the technique of persuading is only for select category of people: Why should we learn or practice it? Well, I have a different opinion about persuasion, its used by everyone on a daily basis. How? Let me give you some examples: We are with a group of friends picking a place to eat. One of our friends suggest to pick a particular restaurant, with some reasons like previous experience, ratings from websites, etc. We all agree when we hear valid reasons, so everyone gets convinced. That’s what persuasive means. It’s not easy to convince everyone, but with right techniques everybody can be persuaded.
